The National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA) is an independent association of legal and claims professionals in the retail and restaurant industries who are committed to reducing claims and better managing risk, mount effective defense strategies against claims and litigation.  Membership is granted based on the recommendation of clients within the industries.
