Plaintiff filed suit against a trucking company as the result of a highway accident, and the trucking defendant filed a third-party complaint against THLG's client. THLG requested a complete set of the truck driver's original logs which, after extensive motion practice, the trucking company failed to produce. THLG's trucking client was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice upon threat of court sanctions against the other trucking company.
